Our church property expansion was stalled. We needed a new road map to get going again.

We grew from 80 to over 2,000 weekly attenders. Having an experienced guide for the new building journey saved us thousands if not millions in the mistakes we didn't make.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest, straight forward, expertly skilled, practiced, and reliable Godly men are the words that come to mind in describing the CFS team. Having worked with Scott over several years and multiple project phases, there is nothing about our relationship and that experience I would change. To me, that says it all!

Randy Wade

Elder, Building Committee Chair, Crossroads Community Church

CFS helped with all aspects of our relocation project including the sale of our 65-year-old church property, locating and buying new property, acquiring temporary rental space, selecting an architect, providing owner’s representation with the builder, being active on a weekly basis in building committee meetings, keeping costs down and the project timely, being highly involved in acquiring funding, finding the best pricing on all equipment and finally helping to move us into the new facility. They saved us time and money. It was a pleasure working with them.

Keith Carson

Stewardship Pastor, Mission Hills Church

We realized that we needed professional help because we’ve done some other projects on a smaller scale, but with the scope and magnitude of what we were going to be doing…. we realized that we had a need that was far bigger than what we could accomplish ourselves. Plus, wanting to focus my attentions on prayer and ministry of the word to have someone else that is a professional doing this was very helpful to me to allow me to continue to minister to our people while this project was being done.

Jeff Schwartzentraub

Senior Pastor, Harvest Bible Chapel

CFS coached us at each stage with property negotiations and acquisition, selecting and leading a building team, evaluating and selecting financing, selecting and negotiating contracts with architects and contractors, on into construction supervision. They bring unique strengths which complement each other and provide not only many years of experience, but also a Christian commitment that comes through in the way they perform their work. I’ve come to count them as friends as well as competent professional advisors.

Clay Peck

Lead Pastor, Grace Place Church

I would NEVER tackle a project of this size without a project management team – and CFS would always be my choice. Sometimes in the process I felt like CFS was the only one representing the church’s best interest. That’s what they care about….not if the architect is happy or the contractor – but the needs and wants of the client. Also, I would ONLY have an independent project manager. Not one provided by the architect or the contractor. You need someone independent, on your side, like CFS. We highly recommend their services.

We help Pastors...

Reduce the new building project’s distraction. “I am already stretched and cannot take on more.”
Navigate around frequently occurring obstacles. “We had no idea.”
Avoid unexpected surprises and having to ask for more money. “Why didn’t you think about that?”

Let’s face it, expansion projects are difficult, disruptive and controversial. Growth is both biblical and attractive to seekers, but not seizing upon growth momentum will eventually lead to decline.

The lead pastor must be able to confidently stand before his congregation to proclaim the expansion vision, the reasons for it, and the details to accomplish it.

CFS brings this all together for your church.
